I am teaching a free 2-hour workshop on February 17th at 9.30 am, which dives into the foundations of yoga. It is ideal for anyone who has not done yoga before or anyone practising yoga who wants to deepen their understanding of the essential Yoga postures.

In this workshop, you will learn:

  • Some of the key yoga poses.

  • How to achieve proper alignment in each pose to prevent injury and build a strong foundation.

  • The importance of breath in our practice and breath control (pranayama).

  • An introduction to mindfulness meditation.

Mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own. This workshop has limited spaces of 15 and is for ages 18+
